Short Summary

Rolldoor, roller blind door and Stabidoor from Lubratec wind protection range

Though extremely light, fabric doors make no compromises in terms of stability. Moreover, through the appropriate choice of fabric, these doors can also take on a ventilating function. The doors open from the bottom upwards and are available in various models: with hand winch / electrical control, with / without lateral guide rails, with / without horizontal stiffening sections.

Closures to seal off large vehicle entrances, from Lubratec wind protection range

Apart from providing wind protection, closure systems serve to seal off vehicle entrances that are larger than standard doors. In the closed position, they are tensioned by ratchets to create an effective barrier against wind and weather. In terms of opening action, a distinction is drawn between rolling and folding, and between upward- and side-opening systems.

Why choose Lubratec doors?

The use of robust, durable materials - e.g. polyester (PES) and polyethylene (PE) - ensures that all Lubratec door models offer extra-high weather and UV resistance. A choice of different widths, heights and drive options is available as standard. In some cases, customers can also select from a range of colors. If required, bespoke solutions can be developed, manufactured and customized directly at the factory.

Object Details

The Lubratec door product group features three different models to meet the needs of the particular situation:

  • Lubratec rolldoor
  • Lubratec roller blind door
  • Lubratec stabidoor

Simple door with fabric hanging that winds onto a roller at the top. Only manual operation by hand winch is possible. The door is locked in position at the bottom by two anchor devices. Without lateral guide rails. Low-cost alternative for closing off wind-sheltered vehicle entrances.

The hanging of the roller blind door winds upwards onto a central roller. At the sides, the tubes run in aluminium guide rails with lip seals. The doors are driven by tube motors, with or without remote control, or operated by crank handle.

The "Stabitor" has a roll up opening system stabilized by horizontal tubes which provide excellent wind resistance, even for large vehicle entrances. The door can be mounted from inside or outside against the opening and requires very little installation space. We offer a 230V and a quicker opening 400V variant. Both options can be fitted with a radio remote control.

The Lubratec closure product group features four different models to meet the needs of the particular situation:

The roller blind closure is used to close off vehicle entrances that are larger than standard closures. The hanging is either fully wound up at the top (open position) or unrolled and tensioned at the bottom by ratchets (closed position). Extra-long systems can be operated by means of a fixed drive motor with long telescopic articulated coupling or a travelling drive motor. Shorter units can be operated by crank handle with integral gearbox.

Though limited in terms of length, the roller blind closure with tube motor incorporates lateral guide rails and lip seals as added features. It is used to close off vehicle entrances that are larger than standard doors. The hanging is either fully wound up at the top (open position) or unrolled and tensioned at the bottom by ratchets (closed position).

No ratchets are required for indoor assemblies (e.g. between holding area and milking parlour).

The roll-up wall is an easily retractable curtain, fixed to the building at the top with a rail and wound onto the roller suspended below. The roll-up wall can be either fully open or fully closed. When closed (in the fully unrolled position), the roller is tensioned at the bottom by ratchets and claw hooks. Operation is by either a tube motor or geared crank handle.

The folding closure is used to close off vehicle entrances that are larger than standard doors. It opens from the bottom upwards, with the hanging gathering at the top. Horizontal belts, stitched to the hanging and carried by rollers in lateral aluminium guide rails, ensure reliable opening and closing even in windy conditions. The space requirement for the folded hanging must be factored in when determining the headroom. At the sides, space is only needed for the rails. The closure is operated by means of a drive motor or hand winch with pull chain.

The sliding closure is particularly suitable for low headrooms, where no space is available at the top for the retracted hanging. The entire closure is opened and closed by means of a pull strap that runs along the top. Two large ratchets allow the hanging to be tensioned at the sides. The sliding closure is secured at ground level using easily attachable belt buckles.
