HaTe® -nonwovens - are used to separate, protect, filter and drain - manufactured in weights between 150 g/m2 and 3,000 g/m2

The properties of these nonwovens can be refined to suit your particular use and begins with the selection of the raw material. We use an extensive range of synthetic staple fibres, which are mechanically bonded by needle punching. For tunnel construction, a special fibre mixture is used in order to make the low-flammability nonwoven.

HaTe® nonwovens for rock-face protection are extremely robust and have a high tear resistance. They are manufactured in thicknesses up to 2.5 cm. HaTe® nonwovens are manufactured in geotextile robustness classes 1-5 to suit the application.

HaTe® reinforced nonwovens are manufactured specially for use in landfill sites for protecting the geomembrane liner. The composite is formed from a mechanically bonded high-density nonwoven reinforced with a layer of woven grid. Reinforced nonwovens are manufactured in weights of between 1,000 g/m2 and 3,000 g/m2.

HaTe® nonwovens and composite materials perform other functions in landfill including drainage, gas removal and separation.

HaTe® nonwovens are manufactured and designed in various roll lengths and widths as required to meet site requirements.
